:: Ingredients 200 grams of bean sprouts, 2 slices of square fish cake, a handful of glass noodles, chives, carrots, onions. When boiling bean sprouts (half tablespoon of fish sauce + 50cc of water) :: The sauce 2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half tablespoon of minced garlic, 50cc of water. 1. Soak glass noodles in cold water for 30 minutes to an hour. 2. While the glass noodles are being soaked, trim the bean sprouts and wash them several times. 3. Set chives at intervals of 5 centimeters. 4. Chop onions and carrots and prepare them. 5. Roll the fish cake in a circle and cut it. 6. Mix the above seasoning ingredients in a bowl. 7. Put bean sprouts and half a tablespoon of 50cc fish sauce in a pot, cover the lid, and steam for 4 minutes. 8. When the bean sprouts are cooked, place them on a plate and put onions, carrots, soaked noodles, fish cake, seasoning in the same pot and cook them with a lid on for 3 minutes. 9.After 3 minutes, mix the onion and carrot noodles, add bean sprouts and chives, and mix them.
