Remove blood of beef(200g) 3. Once seaweed is soaked enough, cut it with scissors 4. Add sesame oil(2tbsp) to a pan and stir-fry the beef over low heat 5. When the meat is partially cooked, add the soaked seaweed and stir-fry together 6. Add soup soy sauce(1tbsp) to the stir-fried beef & seaweed and continue frying 7. Then add water (1.5L) and bring it to a boil over high heat 8. Add soup soy sauce(2tbsp) and tuna fish sauce(1&1/2tbsp) 9. Add minced garlic and continue cooking 10. Lastly keep boiling
