'Bizarre' George Santos finally crossed the line Rep. George Santos (R-NY) has dominated news coverage for weeks due to the revelation of nearly all of his campaign autobiography as lies. These lies include his education and work credentials, his alleged Jewish heritage, and even the claim that his mother was in the Twin Towers on 9/11. Additionally, Santos is accused of defrauding a homeless veteran who was trying to raise money for his dying service dog.
