Social and Behavior Change for Service Delivery Community of Practice: Knowledge Cafe

During this knowledge cafe, participants learned about and explored four social and behavior change for service delivery tools, including the Social Norms Hub, the Tushikane package to foster client-centered family planning in Tanzania, tools for transgender and gender-diverse inclusion in family planning and sexual and reproductive health service delivery, and the Most Significant Change technique for capturing activity impacts.
