GINDACO is a renowned Takoyaki chain, has over 500 stores across Japan. This year, GINDACO even opened a location at Dodger Stadium in America. GINDACO offers a unique take on the traditional Japanese Takoyaki, setting it apart from the classic version. Traditional Takoyaki has a soft and fluffy texture. In contrast, GINDACO's Takoyaki is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Some purists argue that GINDACO's version is not true Takoyaki.
