If the Pokemon faints or flees, you cannot catch any more Pokemon in that route. -Any Pokemon that faints has to be put in the PC and is never to be used again -If a first encounter in a route was previously encountered and caught, you can catch the next Pokemon you see. -You can catch a shiny if encountered, no matter what.
