North Korea opens travel agency in Moscow to woo Russian tourists

Pyongyang is offering organized tours... for groups of up to ten people, which they say... will be "safer than an evening walk in London". With a U.S. travel ban to the country, set to begin next month... on top of the latest round of biting global sanctions... the regime is now looking at Russian tourists... to provide a fresh stream of hard currency.
