Mother's Mustard Sauce - Bonita's Kitchen

Welcome to Bonita's Kitchen! Today we will be making Mother's Mustard Sauce. See recipe below! Plus we will be sharing over the next few weeks recipes you can make with this tasty mustard sauce..... To view & download the full recipe, please view it here on our website: Our website: https://www.bonitaskitchen.com Our Cookbooks: https://www.bonitaskitchen.com/cookbook SPECIAL NOTE! If your mustard sauce is a little thick add one cup of water to thin it down, I got a message from Jennifer letting us know, I missed that step on the video but I liked the thicker texture. :) Enjoy Ingredients: 1/3 cup dry mustard  2 tsp flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 beef cube of package of OXO 1/3 cup vinegar (any type: I particularly like either Apple Cider, or for a more tangy mustard, malt.) 3 eggs Method: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then crack eggs in another bowl and add to dry ingredients. Use a beater or hand whisk after adding the eggs and vinegar. Cook in a double boiler until thick or can be cooked in the microwave if you stir every 30 seconds about 6 times, depending on your microwave. Pour in a papered mason jar for storage. Serve hot or cold  … Lasts forever if kept in the refrigerator Please Note: My friend Jennifer’s Mom’s recipe and note’s…. Most recent batch I made I used Rice Wine Vinegar and it gave it a different taste. (She always cook’s her mustard sauce in the microwave, so much simpler)   I apologize in advance if anything in this video is not clear or miss read, please follow my recipe when making this dish.
