In this video I walk you through what you need to do to have a successful lean bulk. For those of you who are new to lean bulking it is when you build muscle, while staying relatively lean. So in the process of building new muscle you're not putting on a bunch of fat. Keep in mind that this is a slow process, but it can be done.
