The most powerful force in the world. Bible Verse of the Day. 1 Corinthians 13:13.
What is the greatest force in the world? Obviously it would depend on who you ask, but if you asked me, my answer would be “love”. The thirteenth chapter of First Corinthians, which has been called the “love chapter” in the Bible, is often read at weddings. In just thirteen verses, it certainly makes a good argument for “love” being the greatest force in the word. Verse 4-7 says, “Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” Then in the beginning Verse 8 we are told, “Love never fails.”. At the conclusion of the chapter (today’s verse) it says, “And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love”. Love is indeed a power force! #shorts #bibleverse #verseoftheday #shortsfeed #truth @TheEssentialTruth-GTN
