
You can actually substitute original basil with any herbs: parsley, spinach, arugula🌿 #pestosauce
Ingredients: • 3.5-4.2 oz arugula leaves • 2-3 garlic cloves • 1.4 oz parmesan cheese • 1.4 oz fried pine nuts • 3.5 oz olive oil • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp lemon juice white wine vinegar • A pinch of sugar or honey (optional) (I also added 2-3 avocado slices 🥑) If it's not smooth enough - just add a little water #pestosauce #arugula #herbsalad
