Punjabi Paya Made EASY with Healthy Twists Ingredients: Paya (Goat Trotters) 1 1/2 kg Garlic Cloves 7-8 Onions (big) Tomatoes (big) 4 Water 1 cup Salt 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp Turmeric 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 1/2 tbsp Whole Black Pepper Cloves Ginger 1 tbsp Mix well then cover for 5-10 minutes. Next, add oil. Cook on full heat. Add water 3 glass then cover for 15-20 minutes. Next, add garam Masala powder 1/2 tbsp and Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) 1-2 tbsp. Mix well. Garnish with green coriander. Finally, your Goat/Mutton Paya is ready!
