The Greenstone Grind - Episode 3: Northern Vibes

For many of the Greenstone Grind students, visiting Greenstone Mine completely changed how they viewed life in the mining industry - and life in Ontario’s north. After experiencing the work rotations at Equinox Gold’s Greenstone Mine, the students got a closer look at what life outside of work can look like in Northern Ontario, from recreation facilities and community events to outdoor adventure and conversations with workers who genuinely love what they do and where they live. “This is the Canada I imagined.” 🇨🇦 The students also discovered the flexibility, career opportunities and strong sense of community that come with working in modern mining. “As a younger person, that sounds like a dream.” Watch Episode 3 now.
