Being a fanatic doesn’t mean you wear camel-hair clothes and preach from street corners, or calling for repentance from passerby’s. It means that you are to live a life where you are going to choose God and God’s will over all things. That may mean choosing morality in situations where you feel you could get away with immorality. Or restraining the lips from letting idle words slip out that will be more destructive. The book of James gives us some practical ways that we can be fanatics in our lives to Christ.
