Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut Powder(नारियल का बुरादा) - 3.5 Cup/250g Alphonso Mango(अलफांसो आम) - 2 Medium size Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭: Bottle Gourd (लौकी) - 1/2 kg Milk(दूध) - 1 Cup Sugar(चीनी) - 3/4 Cup Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) 1 Tbsp Food Colour - Green (खाने का रंग - हरा) - Some Ghee(घी) - 1.5 Tbsp Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - Some Mawa(मावा) - Some Mashed DryFruits(मसले हुए सूखे मेवे) - For Garnishing 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭: Milk (दूध) - 1 liter Cottage Cheese (पनीर) - 200 grams Corn Flour (अरारोट) - 1 tsp Milk (दूध) - some a Jaggery (गुड़) - 100 grams Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp Saffron (केसर) - some Dry Fruits (ड्राई फ्रूट्स) - some Ghee (घी) - for greasing 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄: 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭: Take some Mangoes, peel them and chop them. Put the chopped Mangoes in a mixer jar, grind them and make Mango Pulp. Then Keep a pan on the flame, put Milk and Sugar in it, stir it and keep it for boiling. When Milk starts boiling add some Desiccated Coconut Powder to it. Stir it continuously, till it becomes thick, then put Mango Pulp, some Ghee in it. Mix it well and cook till it gets dry. Grease some Ghee on a tray, then put the mixture on the greased tray, press it with a spatula & keep it set for 4-5 hours at room temperature. Then cut it into pieces & enjoy the Delicious Mango Barfi at home. In this way, super soft tasty Mango Burfi will get ready. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭: Take a Bottle Gourd, wash & peel it. Then grate it quickly & leave the middle part of the Bottle Gourd. Take a pan & put the grated Bottle Gourd in it & roast it. Put Milk in it after 1 min & cook it. Now cover it & cook it on a slow flame. Put Sugar in it then put Cardamom Powder, Food Colour in it. Keep the flame slow & cook it. Now take a pan put Ghee in it & roast the Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Raisin.Take out the Dry Fruits in the plate & put the remaining Ghee in the Halwa. Put the Khoya in it & mix it. Now put the roasted Dry Fruits in it & roast the Halwa till its water dry. Put the remaining Khoya in it. Serve it & Enjoy the tasty Lauki Halwa. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭: Take a pan, put some Full Cream Milk in it and let it for boiling till it becomes half of its initial quantity.Cook it on high flame.When the Milk gets boiled, put the grated Cottage Cheese in it and cook it. Take some Corn Flour and add some cold Milk in it and then put it in the pan. Turn the flame slow and put Jaggery, Cardamom Powder and soak some Saffron Leaves in some Milk and put it in the pan and cook it. You can serve hot Kalakand as well or you can keep it to set also. Grease some Ghee on a tray and put all the Kalakand in it. It will get set in 2-3 hours. Garnish it with some chopped Pistachios and with some Saffron Leaves. You can set it in the fridge or you can keep it on room temperature as well.
