The fertility journey can require so much of you, physically and mentally. Think of this practice as a way to build stamina and stability for the path ahead. I hope you enjoy it! Level: All levels; beginner-friendly How often to practice: With my one-on-one clients, I generally recommend practicing some form of yoga at least 2x a week, more often if they have time and it feels supportive, less often if it begins to feel like one more thing they HAVE to do. When to practice: That is up to you, your schedule, and what feels best to you.
