Thanks for joining me today ! In this video I will be sharing how I managed to arrange some easy but tasty snacks without any stress at the very last minute for sudden guests at home. I used up everything I had in my fridge that was leftover and turned it into interesting but easy snack ideas with unique presentation. I also tried making a few DIY diyas to use for decor in this video and to also use for upcoming festivals. To that add onion, tomatoes, chopped coriander, a bit of black salt, lemon drizzle and red chilli powder for some colour. Mix everything well and serve. Try and assemble this towards the end so the peanuts will stay crunchy and taste delicious. Cocktail idlis - Take dosa idli batter from before. To make it colorful, add beetroot and spinach puree to it. For yellow colour add turmeric. All of these steps are optional. Keep the batter slightly runny and add salt to the batter itself. Drop the batter on a tawa to form small round idlis. Cook this covered. You can skip turning it and cook only from one side. I noticed that without flipping the idlis they turned out softer. So cooking covered only from one side worked better.
