Malai Kofta is a dish that brings a smile to every face!" ✅ To prepare puree :- Oil Tomato 1/2 kg 🍅 Ginger ( chopped ) 🫚 Hari mirch ( green chilli ) ( chopped ) Cashew nuts Saabut masale Namak ( salt ) 🧂 *Saabut masale = badi elaichi (cardomom ), choti elaichi , tej patta ( Bay leaf), long , Kali mirch ( black pepper), dalchini ( cinnamon) 🔺 Now grind the mixture in the blender. 🔺 Remove bay leaf while grinding. 🔺 Keep it aside and let it cool down . ✅ Meanwhile prepare gravy :- 🔺Heat a pan and add ~ Butter 🧈 Degi mirch ( red chilli powder) 🌶️ Turmeric ( haldi ) Dhaniya powder ( धनिया पाउडर ) Saunf powder ( सौंफ पाउडर ) Salt ( नमक ) 🔺Add the puree now . 🔺1/2 tablespoon sugar ( optional ) 🔺Mix everything well and saute it . Kasturi methi ( Fenugreek seeds ) Hara dhaniya ( coriander) 🔺you can use cream here . Malai gravy is ready and set this aside . ✅ Prepare kofta :- 🔺Boil 3-4 potato 🥔 . Cool them and peel the skin .
