Philos71's 5 Questions Intelligent Atheists Must Answer (2/2)

A response to Philos71's "Five questions every intelligent atheist must answer." He insists that the responses must be intuitive, though I think that's an odd standard: surely it's better that they're logical, coherent, and meaningful responses to the questions than that they be intuitive. In any case, I respond in two parts for a total of about 18 minutes.
