Watch the full recipe and bake along! ___ π Recipe Ingredients: 200 g bread flour 50 g all-purpose flour 12 g wet yeast 1 tbsp sugar 100 ml milk ~75 ml water (add gradually) 4 g salt 25 g soft butter (for the dough) For filling: cheese or butter, as desired For brushing: egg yolk + yogurt + coarse salt Instructions: 1. Mix yeast, sugar, and 20 ml milk. Let sit for 10 minutes to activate. 2. Combine both flours and salt. Add the remaining milk and activated yeast mixture. 3. Gradually add water β only until the dough comes together (avoid making it too soft). 4. Once dough forms, add butter and knead until smooth and elastic. 5. Rest for 30 minutes. 6. Deflate, knead lightly, and divide into 8β10 pieces. 7. Shape each piece into a teardrop form and roll out with a rolling pin. 8. Add a little cheese or butter, roll tightly, stretch the tip slightly and seal. 9. Place on a baking tray with spacing and rest for 45β60 minutes. 10. Brush with egg-yogurt wash, sprinkle coarse salt. 11. Bake at 190Β°C (374Β°F) for 30β35 minutes until golden. 12.
