Masked Hero Deck Profile - 1st Place at Yu-Gi-Oh! Day July 2016

R1: Pure Burning Abyss - Never played this guy before G1: Dark Law control. He tried to summon Acid Golem, but I had Void Trap Hole G2: He Breakthrough Skilled my Shadow Mist, but I controlled with Abyss Dweller and Quaking Mirror Force. Summoned Dark Law and Utopia the Lightning to close out the game. He forgot he had the Breakthrough in grave. 1-0 R2: Domain Monarch - He usually beats me with Mermails G1: Turn 1, got out Dark Law with a set PK Sword and Nightmare. He did the Edea to Eidos play, but Eidos got Nightmared. I OTKed on my turn G2: He never resolved any Monarchs except Kuraz. I control with Dark Law, Key Beetle, and Lightning 2-0 R3: Chain Beat - Never played him before, but I knew he played Chain Beat and I was scared to play him G1: I play safe and out grind him G2: Full House on his 3 set backrow, Black Garden, and my face-up Mask Change on turn 3. Very one-sided from there. 3-0 R4: Masked Hero - Good friend of mine who I help out often. He's not the greatest in the mirror and has never beaten me in it, so I was very confident. He's also part of the team I'm on G1: He went first and summoned Rafflesia and 3 set backrow. I summoned Dark Law in def to avoid a Quaking. He misplays by not Solemning my Mask Change, forgetting you can't use Rafflesia under Dark Law. Instead, my Diamond Dire met the Warning. I ran into a Quaking a few turns later, so my hunch was right, but only Castel got hit (Dark Law was still in def). He tried to Hero Lives mid-game but I had the Magic Drain and he had no hand G2: He Hero Lived and set 3 backrow. I use Swords of Concealing Light to avoid Dark Law. I Hero Lives for Shadow Mist, but my Mask Change got Warninged this time. I set my hand and SS Bubbleman. Make Diamond Dire to pop his face-down Mist. Instant Fusion to make Utopia the Lightning to swing for game 4-0
