‪@Myat‬ Master Chef Challenge Second Round BEAN SPROUT SIDE DISH Ingredients: 1pack. Bean Sprout 1/2 Cucumber Skin (shredded) 1/4 Carrots (shredded) 1tbsp. Spring Onion Leaves (chop) 1tbsp. Cilantro Leaves (chop) 1pc. Red Chilli (Shredded) 2cloves Minced Garlic 2tbsp. Chop Kimchi 3tbsp. Soy Sauce 1tbsp. Sesame Seeds 2tbso. Sesame Oil 1tsp. Black Pepper 2tbsp. Pinakurat Vinegar Procedure: Wash and Clean the Bean Sprout. Boil water with salt and blanch the bean sprout for 1min. Remove and rinse on tap water.. Soak in icy water while preparing other ingridients. Wash and Cut the cucumber,carrot and red chilli in a thin shred. Wash and Chop spring onion,cilantro and also chop kimchi.. Then mix all the vegetables and add soy sauce,sesame seeds,sesame oil and balck pepper to taste.... Now you've got a yummy and crunchy side dish..😋🥰 P.S. ❤ You can store some of this side dish in the fridge just put in a jar or plastic container with cover for the next meal..🥰 HOPE U GUYS ENJOY🥰 BEAN SPROUT WITH TOFU AND MUSHROOMS (Vegetarian Dish) Ingredients: 500g Bean Sprout 3pcs.Straw Mushrooms (slice) 2pcs. Shiitake Mushrooms (slice) 1/4 pc. Carrot (shred) 2pcs. Shallot (slice) 3cloves Minced Garlic 2pcs. Tasty Tofu (slice) 2tbsp. Cooking Oil 2tbsp. Oyster Suace to taste Spring Onion Leaves Procedure: Wash and clean the bean sprout. Wash and cut the mushrooms, carrot, and shallot.. Mince the garlic. Cut the tofu into half and slice. Heat a wok with oil and saute shallot and garlic.. Add carrot and mushrooms stir a while. Add water and the bean sprout then season with oyster sauce stir well.. Then add tofu and spring spring cook for 3mins.. Then off the fire... Transfer to the dish plate and Serve!😋🙂
