Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34 Good morning everyone, today's quick devotional reading in the video is from Joyce Meyer's book, "the power of being thankful." Here are a few thoughts about it on my heart.... I know, I know you're thinking, but what about my budget? Well, yes, we need to plan for the future when it comes to finances and to be wise. We're not talking about a budget right this moment we're talking about overly worrying about everything to the point where you can't live for today. Today has plenty of things that we need to accomplish and get done and take responsibility for. If we're stuck in the thought process of constantly worrying about tomorrow, we are going to be wasting our moments of the day. The Lord doesn't want you to live in a state of worry. The Bible says, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power love and a sound mind." (2 Tim 1:7) So you see, that wasn't God's plan for you today to worry and worry and worry and worry, he wants you to give it to him and to trust in him that he will help you with your battles. You still may have to go through some things and grow through some things , but he's gonna be right there hold in your hand through it all and loving you and directing you. The Lord has a good plan for you today my friends. Blessings are in store for those who love him. I just got to enjoy a moment with my son before he went to school and we had a nice little snuggle and that was a blessed moment in the day that I could've missed if I was too busy worrying about something. So take your moments of blessings today, and praise the Lord for them. For He is good. And then take today's Tasks by the bull horn and get Er done because today you have some work to do for the Lord... And remember, "You can Do All things through Christ who Strengthens you!"
