Instagram: @jennifer_at__home Recipe: Cheesy Sausage Puffs, Low Carb 1 lb. sausage 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten 4.5 T butter, melted and cooled 2 T sour cream or cream cheese, softened 1/3 heaping cup of coconut flour 1/4 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 1/4 t garlic powder Melt butter, set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, non-stick foil, or spray well. Brown sausage, and chop it well while cooking it. Remove as much grease as possible, pat it dry. Set it aside. In another bowl, combine butter, eggs, sour cream or cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, and whisk together. Add baking powder and coconut flour. Mix well. Stir in sausage and then stir in cheese. Roll in into 1'' balls. Makes about 36 balls. Bake 14-18 minutes until golden brown.
