Keep a minimum of 2 times shoulder length between your legs ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION This exercise will improve your ability to move fast on the court. Being able to move quickly (offensive) from the front court towards the rear court, and the other way around is considered very necessary for badminton players. Each time you hit the shuttle, push away! The exercise is called butterfly, due to the players’ movement around on the court. Feeding: 12-16 shuttles. To make this exercise work the feeder must concentrate. The player is not supposed to kill all the shuttles at the net. Repeats: 2-3 to make this exercise most efficient. You must take turns - change after every turn.
