Ragi Tea Cake | PepperBox Kitchen

Ingredients: Ragi Flour - 1/2 cup Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Salt - pinch Mix- Eggs - 2 Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup Oil - 1/4 cup Honey - 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp Milk - 2 tbsp Method: •Sift together the ragi flour, wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside. •In a separate bowl, crack the two eggs and add the sugar. Whisk together until well combined. •Add the oil and honey to the egg mixture and whisk again until smooth. •Stir in the vanilla extract. •Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Continue until all the flour is incorporated. •Slowly add the milk and mix until just combined. •Line a cake tin with parchment paper and grease it lightly with oil. •Pour the cake batter into the prepared tin. •Preheat the air fryer to 155°C (311°F) for 2 minutes. •Place the cake tin in the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes at 155°C. •Once done, remove the cake from the air fryer and let it cool in the tin for a few minutes.
