#Nicodemus #Sin #Love #FollowingJesus 27 APRIL 2022 - ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS 1st Reading Acts 5:17-26 Responsorial Psalm Psalms 34:2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 Alleluia John 3:16 Gospel John 3:16-21 We are convinced of the truth but we hem and haw when confronted in our beliefs.  We cannot shake off the weight of our past.  We procrastinate because we still are enjoying our sinful pleasures.   Or, we have invested so much in our image and stature that it is difficult to detach ourselves from such.  We continue to expose ourselves to friends who bring us to sin, instead of bringing them to the light. This is the 750th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
