Core Stability Program Video 2; Balance (3 of 4)

Led by Primal 7’s resident physical therapist, Jenna Ellis, this program focuses on your core and how you can build mobility, stability, strength and control. This part of the program focuses on maintaining proper alignment and balance as you move. Working with the same postures that we practiced in Video One, this routine incorporates reps (repeated movements) and guides you as you move between start and end positions. The goal here is to learn how your body behaves and feels while moving with correct posture. After getting comfortable with this Video Two routine, you’ll advance to the final part of the program, which incorporates coordination. Our Core Stability program is designed to be completed at your own pace. Repeat each video as many times as you need to in order to feel strong, proficient and confident about moving forward.
