At the end of Barbie, she's in the real world after going through a roller coaster of self-doubt and whatnot. It's like she's gone through an existential crisis. Now, jumping into the real world? That's like a risky move, and she's not exactly geared up for a life there. But here's where it gets interesting: picture this, she somehow gets into the whole Dr. Barbie gig, snatching a mental health qualification. Now, she's Harleen Quinzel. Name change – check. She lands a job at Arkham, dealing with society's misfits – something she gets, having already played that role once. But you know what happens next, right? It's the Joker, the craziness, the messed-up reality. Those cracks that were kind of forming at Barbie's end? They widen. And you know what's not too much of a stretch? The Joker being an escaped Ken. Think about it. Then there's the Suicide Squad gang. Some of them seem like they've fled a world not too different from Barbie's realm.
