Somehow – maybe tapping into Dr. Barbie vibes – she manages to get a mental health qualification, whether through begging, stealing, or faking it, and she becomes Harleen Quinzel. She's already switched names once, right? Now, she lands a job at Arkham, surrounded by folks who don't really gel with society – something she gets. But with the Joker in the picture and life's ongoing crappiness, things take a turn. And hey, the Joker being an escaped Ken isn't too out there. Some Suicide Squad members are also like refugees from a similar Action Figure World, just like Barbie Land. Like, Peacemaker? Clearly an action figure. And King Shark? Yep, same deal.
