Sticky honey sea bass with a hint of spice Ingredients 2 sea bass fillets Score the fillets (so that the skin doesn’t curl when cooking) Add cornstarch for more crispy fillets Fry in butter for 3 mins skin down and 1 minute on opposite side. Sauce 2 tablespoons spoon dark soya 1 tablespoons sesame oil 2 cloves chopped garlic 1 gram fresh chopped ginger 2 tbsp lime juice 6 tbsp honey 1 tsp chilli flake Fresh chopped coriander Heat in pan for approx 1-2 minutes Add 1 tsp cornstarch to thicken 1 tsp sugar (brown sugar, however I don’t have any so I added white sugar) 3 slices fresh lime Garnish Fresh lime, coriander and sliced red chilli Enjoy with steamed or sticky rice
