TikTok : https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMdqJVm7q 5 Flavor Pound Cake Recipe Ingredients & Measurements Unsalted butter (3 sticks) Cake flour (3 cups) Granulated sugar (2 1/2 or 3 cups) Large eggs (5) Buttermilk (1 cup) Baking powder (1/2 teaspoon) Vanilla extract Coconut extract Butter extract Lemon extract Rum or Jamaican rum extract (1 teaspoon of each extract) Directions Sift together cake flour and baking powder. Set aside. Cream butter in mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and mix 3-5 minutes. Add eggs on at a time while mixing on slow. Take the buttermilk and add all the extracts and stir it in. Alternate between cake flour and buttermilk. Start with cake flour and end with cake flour. Scoop the batter into a prepared cake pan. Evenly spread the batter and give it a couple of taps to get out any air. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool off before removing it.
