Advent Devotional Week 3: Joy

On this third week of Advent, join Rev. Enid Henderson as she lights the candle of Joy and shares a reflection based on the angel’s proclamation to the shepherds: “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord” (Luke 2:10-11). This joy is not fleeting or dependent on circumstances—it is the deep, abiding gladness that comes from knowing our Savior has come to bring us salvation.
