Hinge from hips, bend forward to touch the ground. Walk your hands out to you reach the top of a push up position -- plank. Engage your core here and hold. Rotate one side of the torso and reach up with that arm. Hold for a second, then return back to a plank. Walk back and repeat. Do 3 sets of 10 on each side. This is great for your shoulders, core, hips, arms -- total body movement! • Squat to Reverse Lunge • Stand tall with your feet hip-width distance apart. Engage your core as you drop your hips back into a chair. Your thighs should be parallel to the ground and chest is lifted. Try not to arch your back too much or lean too far forward. Pressing through the heels and squeeze your glutes as you come back to the starting position. Step one leg back, lowering that knee down close to the ground creating two 90 degree angles with both legs. Pause, then drive through the standing heel to come back to the starting position. Do 3 sets of 10 on each side. This is a great lower body combo. Booty blast!
