Water - As required Oil or Ghee/Clarified butter - As required Instructions 1.Firstly, Wash and soak the dal for 2 to 3 hours minimum or you can soak in hot water for 11/2 hours for a quick soaking. 2.Take a mixie jar and put in the soaked dal, spinach leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves, onions, dry spices, green chillies, ginger and salt. 3.Then , grind it in a mixie jar with water as required. Don't make the batter too thick or runny. 4.Pour the batter in a bowl and mix well. 5.Heat dosa tawa or nonstick tawa. Pour some oil and make dosa by pouring batter with a laddle or katori. Quickly spread the batter in a circular manner to get a thin and round dosa . Pour some oil on the top and edges. 6.Cover and cook the dosa on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook on both sides until light brown. 7.Chilke Wali Moong Dal Dosa is ready to be served with any chutney of your choice. Chilke Wali Moong Dal Dosa is a healthy and tasty variety of dosa. Chilke Wali Moong Dal Dosa is an Instant dosa option which is prepared with protein-rich moong dal. It is popular as green dosa or pesarattu in south India. It is very simple and easy to make. Moreover, it does not require fermentation. However, spinach has been added to make the dosa more nutritious. It has a crispy texture and is loved by kids. This can be served with any variety of chutney. So, try this instant dosa at home and give us your feedback. The tawa should be properly heated before making the dosa. Else it will stick to the tawa.
