Makes 4 serves Macros: 198kcal per serving 31P/4F/8C Recipe: Sauce: 1/4dashi packet + 1/2 cup water (Can sub with Japanese soup concentrate) 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine 2 tbsp mirin 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp low calorie sweetener Ingredients 500g lean beef 1 Large onion 2 spring onions Steps: 1. Mix sauce ingredients 2. Cut onion into slices 3. Cut beef into thin strips 4. Heat sauce in frying pan on medium high heat 5. Spread out onions 6. Add beef on top and spread out 7. Let it cook for a few minutes before flipping 8. Cook for another minute or 2 9. Cut and add spring onions 10.
