Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies | Quick and Easy Recipe

These delicious Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies are soft, chewy and a little bit crispy at the edges. They’re full of peanut butter flavour and melt-in-your-mouth texture. You’ll definitely love them and can’t spot eating. Ingredients: 180g/ 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 113g/ ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature 100g/ ½ cup sugar 100g/ ½ cup brown sugar 156g/ 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 large egg, room temperature 2 tsp vanilla extract 100-150g strawberry jelly or jam about ¼ cup creamy peanut butter, melted (optional) about ¼ cup peanuts, chopped (optional) Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 14-15 min. Cool on the baking tray for 10 min, add more jam/jelly if you want and decorate with melted peanut butter and chopped peanuts. I made 14 cookies. Enjoy!
