
How To Stay In Shape Working A 9 TO 5 OFFICE JOB | Morning Routine + Healthy Meal Ideas
Today I live a typical day in the life of a 9 to 5 office job. I know having a sedentary job make staying in shape extremely difficult. In this video I show you all how I would approach my day from my morning routine to my top tips to accumulate steps and burn calories during the day! Also, I show how I would set up my nutrition and share with you some great meal prep breakfast ideas an a super easy 10 minute dinner meal. Hope you enjoy the video! Thank you for watching! Protein Coffee Muffin Recipe: 100g Almond Flour 1 Scoop Protein 1tsp Baking Powder 60g Non fat Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup Milk of choice 1 Egg 2tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Shot Brewed Coffee 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup Combine all ingredients and bake for around 15 minutes @ 355 degrees. Chicken Cabbage Stir Fry: Chicken Breast 2 Stalks of Green Onion 1 Clove Garlic 0.5inch Piece of Ginger 300-400g Thinly sliced Cabbage 2tbs soy sauce 2tbs water 1/4 cup diced pineapple 0.5tsp chili flakes *Dice the green onion and add only the white part to your pan and begin to sautee. Finely dice your ginger and garlic then add to the pan with your green onion and let cook down for a few minutes Thinly slice cabbage and add to your pan and sautee for about 5 minutes Add your water and soy sauce to let cabbage cook all the way through Dice your chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. Add chicken to the pan and let cook through. Once chicken is just about cooked, add in your pineapple, chili flakes and remaining green onion. Sesame seeds and sesame oil are great additions to the dish if you have extra calories!
