Hi friends, in this video I'm sharing how to make this incredible Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken! You only need 3 ingredients for this flavorful chicken dinner, and it's so delicious! This comforting dinner is easy pretty on the pocketbook too, you don't need to use expensive jarred salsa, just a generic brand will do the job well. :) I typically use boneless, skinless chicken thighs in this recipe, but you can sub in boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the same weight, if you prefer. I do recommend slicing whole chicken breasts in half before placing them in the crock as it will ensure the most tender, flavorful results when using lean chicken breast. Serve this salsa chicken in larger pieces over Mexican-style rice or shred the meat to make the most amazing chicken tacos!!!
