WEDNESDAY 26TH FEBRUARY 2025 - CRIME WATCH LIVE HIGHLIGHTS FROM TODAY'S SHOW: A man was fatally shot in Tabaquite earlier on Wednesday 26th February, 2025. • Around 11:00am, residents of Sandhill Trace heard a commotion and went to investigate. • Upon their investigation, they found a man lying face down in an open field off the roadway. • The police were notified and the responding officers along with a DMO visited the scene, viewed the body, made their pronouncement and ordered its removal from the scene. Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has announced that he will officially resign from office on Sunday 16th March, 2025. • The announcement was made at the commissioning of the O’Meara Road Upgrade Project and the Lisa Morris-Julian Boulevard on the compound of the Ministry of Works and Transport, Highways Division, O'Meara Road, Arima, earlier today, Wednesday 26th February 2025. • Dr Rowley also stated that he would be present for the opening of the new Central Block of the Port of Spain General Hospital on March 10th, and then the completion of the construction of the new terminal building at the Tobago ANR Robinson International Airport on March 15th, followed by his resignation on March 16th.
