Heavy double Kettlebell workout One round includes: 1x double Clean 1x One side Military Press 6x See-saw Military Press 2x Double Pushpress 3x Double Front Squat Start new round every 3 minutes. You need about 35-40 seconds to do one round, then You have 2 minutes and 20-25 second rest to start new round. Hole training is 10 round = 30 minutes. Weights: men use two kettlebells 1/3 bodyweight, ladies 1/5 BW. On the video You have shown one round. My weight is 70kg and I used 2x24kg kettlebells.
