TRANS VOICE - Brighten Your Voice with a Tongue Twister

Big spaces are dark and deep small spaces are bright and light. To make your vocal track smaller you can use your tongue to take up more space. By putting your tongue higher and more forward in your mouth, your voice will sound brighter and lighter. Let’s try that out using a bit of a tongue twister: Step one: say the days of the week normally, Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday. Step two: replace all of the vowels in the days of the week with "EEE", Meendee Teesdee Weendsdee Theesdee Freedee Seeteedee Seendee Step 3: Keep your tongue in the "EEE" position and say the days of the week normally again, Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday. Why did that work? Because the position of the tongue when making the "EEE" vowel is high and forward taking up space and making your vocal tract smaller which we hear as a brighter lighter voice.
