Baby and Me Yoga | Healthy Core Flow guided by Elise Bowerman
Designed for the postpartum body to invite baby along for a short yoga practice together. This postnatal yoga sequence will move your body to flow with your breath, explore healthy core function, build up to standing poses, with a final rest with legs-up-the-wall. Congratulations on the earth-side arrival of your little one! ✔ Helpful props Thick blanket(s) to lay baby on. Wall, couch, or chair to rest legs on for closing integration (savasana). 🌟 Yoga teacher tip 🌟 When teaching a live Baby and Me Yoga class - this one may take longer as you will have opportunities to give parents space to cuddle and talk/babble with baby. Read the room and use your toolkit of knowledge to fill in or omit when necessary.
