Though Satan sought to destroy Jesus through temptation, betrayal, and condemnation, God's plan for good prevailed. Jesus willingly faced the power of darkness, knowing that through His death and resurrection, Satan’s power over us is broken. As we walk through this Lenten season, we are reminded that we are never distant from Jesus.
