A 10-Minute Guided Meditation for Procrastination | Motivational Guided Meditations | Focus | Calm

🕯️Give yourself 10 minutes to pause, take a breath and reset yourself from the stress and worry that comes with procrastination.🕯️ There is a lot of thought that procrastination actually comes from things like perfectionism, not being motivated or challenged enough and even being bad at time management! Stop feeling bad about it and try refocusing your brain. Get comfy and get into this week's Guided Meditation for Procrastinators! *Fun fact: I procrastinated making this video 🙃* Never Tried Meditating Before? This is for you! If you’ve never tried meditation before, don’t worry—it’s simpler than you think. Meditation is your time to find calm, focus, and a little peace in your day. Follow this easy guide, and you’ll be on your way to relaxation in no time! 1. Choose Your Quiet Space Pick a spot where you can unwind without interruptions. It could be a cozy nook at home or even a serene spot outdoors. Wear something comfortable, so you’re free to relax completely. Decide how you’d like to settle in: 🧘‍♂️Sit cross-legged on the floor with your back upright but at ease. 🧘‍♂️Use a chair with your feet flat on the ground, spine straight yet relaxed. 🧘‍♂️Lie down if that’s what feels best—there’s no wrong way to get comfy. This is your sanctuary. Allow yourself to let go of any distractions and simply be. 2. Connect with Your Breath Begin by taking a few deep, intentional breaths: Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling your lungs fill with air. Exhale gently through your mouth, releasing tension with each breath out. After a couple of deep breaths, let your breathing settle into a natural rhythm. Focus on the rise and fall of your breath—it’s like an anchor, keeping you present and calm. 3. Release Wandering Thoughts It’s normal for your mind to wander—that’s part of being human! When thoughts arise, don’t judge or fight them. Just notice them, then gently guide your attention back to your breath. Meditation isn’t about silencing your mind; it’s about practicing the art of refocusing. 4. Repeat a Mantra or Affirmation This week's affirmations are: “I have the power to take action and move forward.” “I approach my tasks with positivity and determination.” “Every step I take brings me closer to my goals.” That’s it! Relax, breathe, and enjoy this time for yourself. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more motivational videos, inspiring quotes and positive affirmations, visit us on our site and sign up for free daily emails! https://www.dailymotivation.site/subs... #dailymotivation #goodvibesonly #helpful #positivevibes #affirmations #affirmationsforpositivethinking #dailyaffirmations #dailymotivations #guidedaffirmations #personaldevelopmentjourney #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #inspiringvideo #inspiring #dailymotivationvideos #lifeadvice #guidedmeditationforbeginners #guidedrelaxation #guidedmorningmeditation #guided_meditation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Credits: Music from #Uppbeat https://uppbeat.io/t/ambient-boy/serrano License code: IVVG0XGAXCAKVUV4 Music from #Uppbeat https://uppbeat.io/t/ambient-boy/volare License code: INLF5THEFMNSI1IQ
