Welcome to a Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation Exercises For an Easy Delivery! In today's prenatal yoga class, I will teach you how to use diaphragmatic breathing and deep relaxation to keep yourself calm during contractions and practice poses that will help you to relax your pelvic floor muscles, open the hips and surrender to the birthing process. We will be working together with your baby to prepare for birth. Practicing these prenatal yoga poses will guide your body and baby on game day to assist you for an easy delivery. Prenatal yoga has many benefits during your pregnancy but our focus today is to prepare the body and mind for birth. Included in this prenatal class is a guided meditation focusing on postive affirmations to stay grounded and connected to your baby while you're in labor.
