Black eyed peas pair well with fried chicken, turkey, ham and rice to name a few things. Today, we are having our black eyed peas with oxtails and fried collard greens ♥️LIke, comment, share and subscribe!!!♥️ The recipe prepared is as follows: 1 pound of black eyed peas soaked in water overnight. Rinse 3 Smoked Turkey necks Season with 2 teaspoons (separated) of the following: Tony's Chachere's seasoning salt Garlic powder 1/9 teaspoon black pepper 1/9 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black garlic 2 caps vinegar 1 can of Cream of Soup (separated) 1/2 Gravy 2 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup onion chopped fine 1 cup of broth for the Turkey Necks Soak beans over night- completely covered by water The next day drain season add onions 1 1/2 cup water/broth add Wash pot skins, gravy, and reaming cream of soup with one hour left to cook.
