Since I haven’t been posting that frequently, I decided to make a longer workout instead. This workout is all about targeting your lower body - your QUADS, HAMSTRINGS, GLUTES, CALVES. And it BURNS so much!!! You might even catch a few clips of me internally screaming for help😜 No equipment is required, simple and convenient for all😃 #WithMe For this workout, you’ll be doing 45 seconds for EACH EXERCISE and 15 seconds REST💪🏻Have fun ~ 🧘🏻‍♀️Exercises: 1.
