On August 13, CMS released a letter to State Health Officials designed to help states start to plan for the end of the public health emergency. We're not there yet - the Biden Administration had already announced it intends to keep the public health emergency declaration in place through calendar year 2021. But the letter helps give even more predictability for states as it outlines planned policy changes.
