What is alternate day fasting? Really simple. You just don't eat on back to back days. Excellent weight loss strategy, but it has one major flaw. This is a very simple tried and true weight loss method. What could possibly be the problem with this? You'll notice that you've went from four eating days, right, to only three eating days. Oh, do we fix this problem? Very simple. That first week where we fasted Monday, Wednesday, Friday, we just repeat that for the rest of the month. 15 fasting days compared to my method, which is Alternate Day Fasting 2.0. You get 13 fasting days. The thing is fair to say that you're gonna lose one pound for fasting if you don't believe it.
